Programme brief · for approval
On Saturdays and Sundays the campus sits empty. This programme rents it out for birthdays, quinces, team days and company events — operated by Shelton After School, on the Shelton Academy campus. Everything is built and ready. What is missing is decisions.

What we need from you
None of these need budget. Each one unlocks something already built and waiting.
These are the numbers from the working sheet. Once approved, the rate card can go out and events can be quoted.
The proposal is wine and beer only. This needs your approval, and confirmation of what the school's insurance requires.
Without this we cannot take quinces or corporate bookings.Every event needs one responsible person on site. Who, and at what cost, is undefined.
The proposal is an arrangement with Oscar for cleaning and lock-up. The price is still open.
Vendors — catering, décor, photography — would pay a percentage on business we send them. The proposal was 10%, up to 15% for volume. Still undecided.
And what a family gets for referring a booking — after-school credit, a discount. Undefined.
The 400 current families are the warmest audience this has.The rental agreement and waiver is drafted. The clause covering minors must match Florida law exactly (Fla. Stat. § 744.301(3)) — an attorney must confirm it before use.
This is the one thing protecting the school if someone is injured.Already built
